These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of instabrandco.com, unhidden.instabrandco.com, and unhiddenos.instabrandco.com (the "Websites"), the UNHIDDEN OS application (the "App"), and all digital products and services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
InstaBRAND Co™ is a personal branding education company based in Virginia, USA. We provide digital products, educational content, and software tools designed to help entrepreneurs build authentic personal brands.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@instabrandco.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our products — including the UNHIDDEN Bundle (eBook, workbook, and bonus materials) — are digital goods delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical products will be shipped. Delivery is typically instant; if you do not receive your materials within one hour of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 6. "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the UNHIDDEN OS product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers; founding member rates remain locked as promised.
The App includes AI-powered features that generate content (such as social media captions) based on your inputs. You own the content you create with these tools and may use it freely for your personal and commercial purposes. AI-generated content is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or performance of AI-generated content.
The UNHIDDEN Bundle carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@instabrandco.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, but you may cancel future billing at any time. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
All content in our Services — including the eBook, workbook, audio recordings, Voice Drops, frameworks (including GROW), trademarks (including UNHIDDEN, In-Perfectly Brave™, and InstaBRAND Co™), designs, and software — is owned by InstaBRAND Co™ and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own personal and business development. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish our materials, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Community features (including the BRAVE Wall) are shared spaces. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Be kind — this is a space built for encouragement.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, scraping or copying content at scale, reverse-engineering the App, interfering with the operation of the Services, or using automated tools to abuse AI-generation features or promotional codes.
Our Services provide education and tools — not guarantees of results. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and audience. We make no earnings claims or promises of specific results. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaBRAND Co™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, communicated via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
