What We Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction — not specific results.

Here's what that means, plainly:

• We guarantee the UNHIDDEN Bundle materials are delivered as described — the eBook, the workbook, and the bonus materials, exactly as listed on the purchase page.
• We guarantee the UNHIDDEN OS app works as described — the Caption Alchemist, Voice Drops, BRAVE streak tracking, and other features function as presented for your tier.
• We guarantee that if you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can get a full refund by emailing support@instabrandco.com. No forms, no interrogation, no hoops.

What We Don't (and Can't) Guarantee

We believe in honesty over hype. So here's the truth:

• We do not guarantee specific business results. No follower counts, no engagement rates, no revenue figures, no "clients in 30 days." Anyone who promises those things is guessing with your money.
• Your results depend on you. Your effort, your consistency, your market, your story, and factors neither of us controls. Our tools and frameworks are the map — you're still the one who walks the path.
• Testimonials and examples are individual experiences, not promises of what you will achieve. Every woman's journey is different — that's kind of the whole point.

The 30-Day Refund — How It Works

• Timeframe: 30 days from your date of purchase.
• What's covered: The UNHIDDEN Bundle and Lifetime purchases. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, but you can cancel future billing anytime from your account — no penalty, no guilt trip.
• How to request: Email support@instabrandco.com with the email address you purchased under. That's it.
• How fast: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• What happens after: Your app account moves to the free tier. Your digital downloads are yours to keep or delete — we're not going to chase a PDF.

Subscriptions & Trials

• Promotional trials (like the 7-day Pro trial included with the bundle) end automatically. We never auto-charge at the end of a trial.
• You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Founding member rates stay locked for as long as your subscription remains active — that's a promise we put in writing in our Terms of Service.

Why We Do It This Way

The entire UNHIDDEN philosophy is built on honesty — showing up as you actually are instead of a polished version of yourself. It would be strange to build a brand on truth-telling and then hide behind fine print.

So the guarantee is simple: if it's not for you, say so, and get your money back. We'd rather refund a hundred people than have one woman feel tricked.
